Stoneware mug thrown on the wheel in speckled clay with a handle attached by hand.
Painted in a bright red underglaze and bisque fired once when dry. Stamped and decorated using wax resist and coated in a matte black glaze. The piece is then placed back in the kiln for its final 1230 degree centigrade glaze firing.
Dishwasher and microwave safe though discouraged for longevity.
