Extra large stoneware vase with a frilly rim. Hand thrown on the wheel in two parts, pieced together once leather hard, then left to slowly dry to avoid any cracking.

Fired once to 1000 degrees celsius, then signed, waxed, and dipped into a glossy white glaze. Once dry the piece is ready for its final 1260 degree firing.
