Stoneware drug jar made using a lump of speckled stoneware clay thrown on the wheel by hand. Fired once when dry, then hand painted and glazed using a light coating of a pumice like magma glaze. The piece is then signed and placed back in the kiln for one final 1230 degree centigrade firing.
